And if you are not sure of the format, here's how it works for Blogger.com.

Format is:
http://YourBlogName.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

For example:
http://testing1testing2.blogspot.dk/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

Drop this to your favorite RSS reader, for example *I think best* Pulse, or any of these..
